Terms of Service

Kasama is a product of Dodecki Labs LLC. These terms apply to use of the Kasama service by agency users and people they invite, subject to any agreement an agency has with Dodecki Labs LLC.

The service

Kasama supports agency case coordination, appointments, selected portal sharing, and related service communications. Agency users are responsible for the records they enter and the access they grant. Users must not use the service unlawfully or to send unsolicited messages.

SMS program terms

Kasama transactional SMS is limited to user-requested sign-in links, portal invitations where the recipient previously agreed to receive texts, and appointment reminders where the recipient separately opted in. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of using the service. It is separate from email consent and acceptance of these terms. We do not send marketing texts or agency-to-family conversational texts under this program.

Message frequency varies according to requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. You can also contact michael@kasama.one. Accounts and access

Access links and accounts are for the named recipient. Do not share a sign-in link or use someone else's access. Tell your agency if an invitation went to the wrong person.

Availability and changes

The service is evolving, and features may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those stated in an agreement with an agency. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that law does not permit us to limit.
