Kasama is developed and operated by Dodecki Labs LLC. This policy describes information handled through our website and product.

Agency and operator roles

Agencies use Kasama to manage their own engagements. They decide which people to add, what case information to enter, and what to share with invited recipients. Dodecki Labs LLC operates the software and processes case information to provide it to those agencies. We also handle website and company inquiries directly.

Information we handle

Depending on how an agency uses Kasama, records can include names, email addresses, phone numbers, case notes, appointments, documents, and communication and delivery records. Case material may include sensitive personal information supplied to an agency. Our website also receives ordinary technical request data when it is visited.

Mobile information and consent

For optional transactional SMS, we handle the recipient's mobile number, the agency associated with it, consent status and source, opt-out status, and message delivery metadata. The SMS uses are requested sign-in links, portal invitations with prior recipient permission, and appointment reminders with separate recipient opt-in. A number entered by agency staff alone does not mean you agreed to receive texts. You can choose whether to receive them and can opt out.

We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not use this SMS program for marketing or agency-to-family conversations. Message frequency varies with requested links, invitations, and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for assistance, or email michael@kasama.one.

How we use and disclose information

We use information to operate Kasama, deliver access and case functions, respond to inquiries, maintain security, and support agency users. Agencies and authorized people they invite can access the information the agency makes available to them. Service providers needed to run the product may process data for hosting and storage, email delivery, and, when enabled, SMS delivery through Telnyx. Those disclosures support the service and do not grant promotional use of mobile opt-in data.

Retention and choices

Records are kept according to the agency's use of the service, operational needs, and applicable obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period. You may ask your agency about case information it holds, request a correction, or change how it contacts you. For privacy questions to the operator, email michael@kasama.one. SMS opt-out is available by replying STOP when SMS is active.
